Extending Soundflower with Soundflowerbed. Soundflower is extremely transparent once you have installed it. There are no preferences and no application to launch, just an additional audio interface listed in your audio preferences. This simpicity is the beauty of Soundflower. Both of my audio interfaces (Motu Ultralite mk4 & Apollo Twin mk2) can do internal audio loopback in the software included with the devices. I don’t think you can reliably do what soundflower does in Windows without some hardware moving the audio around.

Here is how I got Soundflower working:
1: Go to https://github.com/mattingalls/Soundflower/releases and download latest version
2: Install soundflower
3: Click the little magnifying glass icon in the top right and search for 'Audio MIDI Setup'
4: Once in the Audio Midi Setup click on the plus sign and click create Multi-Output Device
5: Then check Built in output and Soundflower, then select the Multi-Output Device and click the little cog and select play sound though this device.
6: Once you have done all that, open OBS and then settings
7: Goto the audio section and change the 'Desktop Audio Device' to Soundflower (2ch)
8: Go stream with sound!
