This is a Star Trek themed pack, based off of Star Trek: Voyager, Elite Force. I was heavily influenced by Chris Ryot's Star Trek pack, so I used similar styles, but in 16x16. I have made all of the textures myself, minus the default and the mobs from the minetrek pack. The next minecraft update will introduce carpets, this should open up some new possibilities. And after that you will be able to download the Enterprise and the textures for free. I would like to show you the Enterprise in a video, so maybe there is a professional minecraft videoblogger/TNG fan out there who would like to visit our server.

La cantidad de detalles en las texturas es muy impresionante, y hacen un excelente trabajo al reproducir visuales temáticos de Star Trek en el mundo de Minecraft. El ruido es algo que el paquete trata muy bien ya que ninguna de sus texturas tiene una cantidad notable de ruido en ellos y, se ven muy atractivos. La paleta de colores de A Touch of Trek parece un poco extraña de vez en cuando, ya que el paquete intenta aplicar los colores de Minecraft vanilla a los efectos visuales de ciencia ficción de Star Trek. El paquete tiene una resoluciónde 16×16.

  • 2.Run Minecraft. If you already have Minecraft running, make sure you save and quit the world: you need to be in the main menu to continue (If you have Optifine, you can go to Options > Video Settings while in-game).

  • 3.Click Texture Packs button.

    • 4.Click Open Texture Pack Folder button; this will open the folder where Minecraft stores all texture packs. If nothing happens, you need to find the folder manually. Depending on your operating system it is:

    • Linux: ~/.minecraft/texturepacks (This folder may be hidden in the Home Folder)

  • 5.Do not close Minecraft. Place the texture pack (ZIP file) in the opened folder, do not unzip.

  • 6.In a few seconds the texture pack will appear in Minecraft. Select it (may take a few seconds for high-resolution packs), and click Done. The texture pack is now applied, you may now load your world and see the difference.
